Aurora Pop Studio offers music-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Song licensing

  • Artist releases

  • Music production and recording

  • Custom songwriting and production

  • Distribution support

  • Optional radio, playlist, and sync pitching

Specific terms are always defined per project and confirmed prior to agreement.

2. No Guarantees

Aurora Pop Studio does not guarantee:

  • Streaming numbers

  • Playlist placements

  • Radio airplay

  • Sync placements

  • Commercial success

All pitching and promotional efforts are offered on a best-effort basis only.

3. Rights & Ownership

Songwriting and publishing rights remain with Aurora Pop Studio and its songwriters unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artists are granted usage or release rights according to the agreed license or collaboration terms.

4. Artist Responsibilities

Artists are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the right to perform and release under their chosen artist name

  • Delivering recordings, performances, or materials as agreed

  • Complying with platform, distributor, and copyright regulations

5. Payments & Fees

Pricing, payment terms, and inclusions are defined per project or agreement.
Unless explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aurora Pop Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

Aurora Pop Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
