Can I release the song under my own artist name?
All songs released through us are credited and released under your own artist name.
Release rights, exclusivity, and territories are defined on a per-song basis and clearly outlined before any agreement is made, so you always know exactly what applies to your release.
Will I earn streaming income from my release?
Yes. When you release a song under your own artist name, you earn the artist share of streaming income in accordance with the agreed license terms.
Who owns the songwriting and publishing rights (STIM / PRO)?
Aurora Pop Studio and its songwriters retain the songwriting and publishing rights, including STIM / PRO registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This allows artists to release music without taking on publishing ownership
Can all songs be licensed or released by any vocalist?
Not all songs are available under the same terms.
Production credits, rights participation, and release structures vary by song and are always specified prior to agreement.
Are the songs exclusive?
Exclusivity applies to artist use and market availability, not ownership, unless otherwise agreed. Some songs may be offered with exclusivity, while others are non-exclusive, depending on the agreement.
Do you offer full buyouts or copyright transfers?
Full buyouts and copyright transfers are not offered for AI-assisted catalog material.
For fully human-created productions, custom rights structures — including buyouts — may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Is AI used in your productions?
Some songs may be created with the support of AI-assisted tools during the early idea or composition phase. All songs are arranged, produced, recorded, and finalized by human professionals.
